Please evaluate our company how we served you by doin any of the following:

  • Accomplish our feedback form available in our office and put it in the Suggestion Box at BLWD Office
  • Send your feedback through e-mail (balanga_water@yahoo.com) or on our Hotline ((047)237-3491)
  • Report to our Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD)

If you are not satisfied with our service, your written / verbal complaints shall immediately be attended by the Commercial Division for proper endorsement to Management.
